The figurine was sculpted by Kent Melton and was retired in May 2004. This is a 2 piece set. The organ stands approximately 7. 5" tall and Grumpy approximately 4. 5" tall. The organ is made of resin and carved with woodland creatures rabbits support the organ and race across the front, while squirrels fill each end. The pipes are carved to
